Frequently asked questions
You pay €1 once and get 30 days of access to the tier you pick, on trial limits (100 conversations, 1 agent, 1 seat). On day 31 your chosen plan starts automatically. You can cancel at any point within those 30 days, and nothing gets charged.
The first 100 paying customers get 30% off their plan for the first year. As long as you are among those first 100, the discount is applied automatically at checkout. If you cancel, the discount does not carry over to a later subscription.
Phone (inbound and outbound AI calls) is in Growth and Scale, not in Starter. Growth includes 1,000 call minutes and 1 phone number per month; Scale includes 3,000 call minutes and 3 numbers. Extra numbers cost €7.50 per month and you can also connect your own existing number. During the €1 trial, phone stays off; it activates as soon as your subscription starts.
The AI stops taking new calls until you buy more or the new month starts. In your billing screen you buy an extra bundle of 100 minutes for €10 with one click; it is ready right away and gets settled on your next invoice.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at the end of your current period.
A conversation is a unique session that a visitor starts on your widget or through the API. Multiple messages within the same session count as one conversation. Resumed sessions are not counted as new conversations.
Growth and Scale have a soft cap: you can keep going and the overage (€0.10 and €0.08 per conversation respectively) is settled on your next invoice. Starter has a soft cap of €0.12/conv. During the €1 Sprint there is a hard cap: upgrade or wait until day 31 to continue.
No, every plan is monthly or yearly (yearly is about 17% cheaper). You can cancel at the end of your current period at any time.
