Hi, my webhook is not receiving any events. What am I doing wrong? Cheers, Tim
Hi Tim, usually the endpoint URL is still set to http instead of https, which the delivery rejects. Switch it under Settings, Developers and save again, then I will send a test event. If it still fails, I will put our engineer on it.

Answers from your real documentation

The agent reads your own docs and changelog, and answers feature and integration questions with the steps that are actually written there.

  • Knowledge base from Notion, always the latest version
  • Technical FAQ and error messages explained in plain language
  • Points to the right help article instead of guessing

One thread, every channel

The widget on your site and Intercom run through the same agent, so a user never has to explain their question twice.

  • Chat widget and Intercom in one conversation
  • Context stays intact when the conversation switches channel
  • The full history visible at handover

A clean handover to your engineers

When it gets too technical, the agent hands over to a developer in Slack, with a summary, reproduction steps and the context.

  • Handover to the right Slack channel or team member
  • Summary plus reproduction steps, ready to pick up
  • Visible what the agent has already tried

What it isn't

No empty promises

Not a replacement for your documentation. The agent reads your docs, you keep them current.

Not a bot that makes things up. If it cannot find the answer in your sources, it says so honestly and hands over.

Not another tool next to your support stack. The agent works inside the Intercom and Slack you already use.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. It answers from your own docs and knowledge base. If the answer is missing, it says so and passes the question to an engineer in Slack, with the full context.

Onboarding, feature help and common error messages it handles itself from your documentation. When it becomes real developer work, it escalates cleanly with reproduction steps included.
