read_customers, read_orders and read_products. No write scopes by default. Refunds and order changes require an explicit extra permission per agent.
No. Every question triggers a live API call to Shopify. The answer is used to reply to the customer and then discarded. Nothing persists in our database.
Yes. You connect one Shopify store per Conveya agent. Running multiple stores? Create multiple agents (or one agent with multiple stores on Enterprise).
Conveya works on every Shopify plan (Basic through Plus). The Admin API works identically. Only Shopify's own rate differs.
Conveya implements all three mandatory webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Because we do not persist customer data, those calls confirm straight away with a 200 and nothing else to do.
