Frequently asked questions about Gmail
Only gmail.send. That is the minimal scope to send an email on your behalf. Conveya cannot read your inbox, see drafts or touch existing threads.
Yes, both @gmail.com personal accounts and Google Workspace domains work through the same OAuth2 flow.
Conveya keeps a refresh token and renews the access token automatically. You only have to redo the OAuth flow if you explicitly revoke the connection in your Google account.
Not through Gmail (we request no read scope). For incoming email support customers usually use a shared inbox in Conveya itself, we give you a unique email address that forwards to our inbox.
